I researched and got 4 estimates deciding on who to choose. I am so happy I picked Quality First. The work was done on time a as agreed . The quality was excellent. I have never seen such a bunch of hard worker who do such great work. They returned all my calls and emails promptly and we're very friendly and professional. I highly recommend them. When they picked their name they got it right. It really is Quality First and I have dealt with other roofers.

Very grateful for Shane and Quality First. Had a leak and they came straight over the same day and fixed it on the spot. Wasn't a big job but still treated us like we were the most important customer they had. Would highly recommend.

After a slow start Greg took control of the project and got the job completed. A few issues but all in all very happy and satisfied with the project.

The staff and owner are very knowledgeable and actually courteous! Something so rare in construction. I had tree come down on the corner of my house during hurricane Irma so I called Quality First Roofing to get an estimate. I was so impressed with professionalism and knowledge that I hired them. The job was done very quickly and looks great. I would absolutely hire them again.

After receiving quotes from 5 companies, some lower and some higher I am happy that I contracted with Quality First Roofing. This is a company that stands behind their service and their product. As I am often out of the area on business Greg worked with me and scheduling the install was very easy. My roof was installed in a very timely manner from contract to install there were no delays. The crew were very well managed and highly skilled in their role. There was a brief rain shower on day 2 and the crew covered where necessary and stayed until the rain stopped in order to complete the job flawlessly. Cleanup, inspection and follow-up was performed with 5 star customer service. They care about their customers and I can highly recommended Quality First Roofing and proudly displayed their sign in my yard.

First Class Organization. There should be 11 stars as an option for Quality 1st Roofing, 5 is not enough.
I called their office on Monday morning after my wife was freaking out that we had a roof leak in the our newborn's room. The woman in the office stated they were trying to catch up with work and wouldn't be able to come out until Friday afternoon. Being the most inpatient person in the world that clearly wouldn't work for me. I called 2 other companies and quickly had 1 scheduled that showed up the next morning. What a disaster that was!

Three guys showed up looking like they just passed the bong around the truck and proceed to tell me they will fix the leak. I check on them about in hour in and they tell me it's coming along. After 2.5 hours of hearing what I would equate to as a herd of cattle running across my roof and my newborn not being able to sleep, I go to check on the guys again. Unbelievable and quite frankly disgusting, I catch these clowns playing a game of tag on my roof throwing tar balls at each other. I'm appalled, especially coming from a company that advertises on billboards in the county.

I call back Quality 1st speak to the women in the office explain the situation and she said she is going to have to speak to the owner. She calls back 5 minutes later and says the owner will be out later that day but it might be late. The owner Shawn/Shane (can't recall his name) shows up at 6:00pm introduces himself and proceeds to apologize profusely that he wasn't able to get to us sooner and that the dirt on his jeans was from a job he just came from and didn't have time to change. After 45 minutes and being dark outside I check on them and find his helper holding a big spotlight. Shawn/Shane tells me he is finishing up changing out the rotted wood and fixed the "back water lap" the other guys created and correctly "sealed the penetrations on the drip edge" that the other guys missed.
Even more astounding, the owner presents a invoice after he's done thats nearly half the price of the other company! Unbelievable.

Quality work and you deal directly with the owner. Very Pleased with my metal roof.

Once we could get them to understand we wanted metal not shingle all went great. I guess most people in the area don't want metal roofs, but we have lived in a hurricane area for the past 12 years and prefer the metal roof.

Quality First Roofing is highly recommended. They are prompt, reasonable, and understand homeowner needs. We had a leak and they gave us an estimate of projected cost. When they came to repair the roof, they discovered the work was not as extensive as first thought and adjusted the estimate appropriately. They are fair, honest and have excellent customer service!

The best!! Shane has come to our rescue 2 times and we're so thankful. Last summer we had a repair that was quoted (by 2 other companies) would cost over $1000. Shane quoted less than half that. His crew came and had everything fixed within a few days and only took an hour.

Most recently I called for another small repair and it was taken care of on the same day, within an hour for a lot less than I thought. Let's not forget the ladies at the office; kind and helpful. Great company. Great people. Great prices. Great service.
